• Origin: Items are primarily shipped from our Dubai warehouse. If an item is out of stock in Dubai, it will be dispatched directly from our China warehouse to avoid any delay in your delivery.

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. All prices are in USD.

Note: Shipping rates for items containing batteries or oversized materials may be subject to a small surcharge calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website’s tracking portal.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your country may apply import duties or customs taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain our competitive pricing and the exclusive nature of our curated collections, we operate under a strict Final Sale policy.

• Non-Returnable: All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the order has been processed.

• Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at support@zaroii.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We will investigate and ensure a resolution is provided.

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is sent to our fulfillment centers in Dubai or China, it cannot be stopped.
