3. Order Tracking

For international orders, please be aware that your country may apply import duties or customs taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Non-Returnable: All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the order has been processed.

  • Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at support@zaroii.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We will investigate and ensure a resolution is provided.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is sent to our fulfillment centers in Dubai or China, it cannot be stopped.
